How to Spray Paint a Nerf Blaster
How To Spray Paint A Nerf Blaster
then wait for the primer to dry for about an hour. but if it is not completely dry and wet, then wait 30 more minutes.
Things Needed
you will need about a roll of painters tape that is 1 inch, some scissors, and the colors spray paint that you would like to use. if doing indoors, you will need a large towel or something to cover the surrounding area from the spray paint. And of course, the blaster of your choice.

Recommendations: I would use gold, silver and black metallic spray paint, and a gun that is easy to take apart. also, I would not do this indoors.
Getting Started
first, put down the rag or towel under your work space. then use paint primer to totally cover the blaster. but if you don't have that, then you can just sand the whole thing until it is rough all over.then wait for the primer to dry for about an hour. but if it is not completely dry and wet, then wait 30 more minutes.
The Next Step
once the primer is dry, put painters tape on everywhere that you don't want to be painted the first color.make sure to press the tape down hard in order to get the best outcome and no leaks onto the inside of the tape. You have to cover all of the areas that are not going to be painted or else it will go bad. when you are done with one side, wait a day for the spray paint to completely dry. then, the next day take off the tape and see how it looks. if you did all the colors for that side, then flip it over and do the same thing.
And Finally...
after you have finished spray painting your blaster, if there are any miner leaks or splotches, then spray the spray paint on to a plate and paint it on with a paint brush.(use a cheap paint brush because it will get ruined) and after that, if you want to, add a thin layer of Mod Podge to make it shiny. and after, your done!
